Tenille Davis, Pharm.D., R.Ph. (Pharmacist-in-Charge)
Tenille Davis grew up in Idaho and went to pharmacy school at Idaho State University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2005. Her first job was as a pharmacy technician at the age of 15 and she has worked in many different pharmacy modalities since then. She has been with the Pharmacy since 2008, and Pharmacist in Charge since 2014. Areas of her professional interest include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, pain management, and parenteral therapies.
Justin Clark, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Justin started in the pharmacy field in 2003 which led him to graduate from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Pharmacy located in Erie, PA in 2009 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. He also holds a degree in Biology from Mercyhurst University. Prior to starting at Civic Center Pharmacy in 2012, he worked in retail pharmacy as a pharmacy manager for 3 years. Justin’s interests include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, pediatric medications and over-the-counter medications. Justin currently lives in Mesa with his wife and four daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, sports, traveling and showing his dairy cows from New Hampshire at regional and national events.
Clarann Vertin, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Clarann graduated from North Dakota State University with a Pharm.D. in 2000. She has been working for Civic Center Pharmacy Part-Time since 2012, allowing her to enjoy time with her husband and three boys.
